I loved staff and location. The room was cleaned and available with 2 single beds, fresh towels, as for instance. The hotel was in a particularly good area, adjacent to train station, Lancaster Gate tube, 2 Parks. Also, Bayswater was located in vicinity. Easy check in and late check out.

The hotel itself was fairly clean and well-designed! Every member of staff was obliging. Double room was bright and updated with a bed. The breakfast had something for everyone - butter and jam. Loved the fact that check-in was quick.

Fab staff and rooms, I loved this well presented hotel. Fabulous view, a tiny balcony, exceptionally comfortable bed, too. The breakfast had lots of options and included cereals, slices of fresh bread, cheese, scrambled eggs and pastries. The beach was near the venue I stayed at. Tidy place, good value.

Hotel decor was nice, I enjoyed perfect staff and location. The room I booked was cleaned and available with fresh towels, a miniature bathroom plus 2 single beds. It was located in a good area so close to Paddington. A 40-acre recreational lake was also near the venue.

Good value for this area. Very supportive staff, brilliant location, lovely beds. Cute view of ocean. I had a very very good breakfast and appreciated cereal, cheese, breads, scrambled eggs and pastries. Pool was well-maintained and there was a top-notch restaurant on site.

there are a safe, central heating and a tv with satellite channels - that's always a plus. the management was very helpful. really enjoyed being not very far from london paddington metro station.
